We’d love to hear from you if you have
  • Technical Expertise: 3+ years managing Apple devices in a technical capacity (e.g., engineering, consulting, pre-sales, or professional services). Extensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager/School Manager, MDM protocols, Automated Device Enrollment, APNS, and Apps & Books.

  • Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A natural inclination to explore new technologies, solve problems, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Nice to haves, but NOT required
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or IT Lead introducing MDM platforms.
  • Hands-on exposure to multiple MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, Mosyle, etc.)
  • Experience with large-scale Apple device deployments and integration with enterprise-level tools (directory services, Kerberos, SSO, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).
