As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives. The role involves fostering employee engagement, and HR policies, driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance, and creating a magic company culture.

Product overview: online gambling platform with new features, integrations, and functionalities to redefine the gambling ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of performance review processes, including automation through HR tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires, promoting engagement and productivity from day one.

  • Drive the annual salary review process, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.

  • Design and optimize organizational structures to support business goals and scalability.

  • Implement and manage HR tools and systems, ensuring key HR workflows and processes are automated.

  • Support leadership in workforce planning and talent management initiatives to meet business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.

  • Mandatory experience in the iGaming/Betting/Gambling industry, with a solid understanding of its unique HR challenges and dynamics.

  • Expertise in organizational structure design and workforce planning.

  • Proficiency in automating HR workflows and implementing HR tech solutions (HiBob, HR bamboo, etc).

  • Strong knowledge of onboarding and offboarding best practices.
