Recruitment Intern

HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales operations, and logistics. We are looking for a recruitment intern to join our HR department.

Position Overview
In this role, you will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, helping to streamline recruitment operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving industry while contributing to the success of our global start-up.


⏰ Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST (6 pm - 2 am Serbian time)

📅 It includes 13 days of vacation on a yearly basis as well as public holidays.

💲 You will be hired as an independent contractor (freelance) with a fixed GROSS monthly salary.

Responsibilities

✅Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach.

✅Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

✅Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and hiring progress.

✅Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as organizing candidate documents and following up on hiring processes.

✅Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional interactions.

✅Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

✔️ Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

✔️ High attention to detail and organizational skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with ATS platforms is a plus.

✔️ Strong written and verbal English skills.
