As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 145,400.00 to 210,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
