Work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure these plans align with broader company objectives and reflect the unique needs of literacy educators and school districts.
  • Partner with Growth and Content Marketing teams to design and execute demand generation strategies specifically for our ELA products. • Work alongside the Sales team to create high-impact sales enablement materials for ELA products, including product presentations, demo samples, competitive analysis, and other tools to support district adoptions and facilitate effective sales conversations with decision-makers in the K-12 education space.

What we're looking for...
  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience, ideally in the K-12 ELA space is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in K-12 English Language Arts, with a focus on foundational reading skills.
  • Background in education or a deep understanding of the K-12 classroom environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric messaging.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience with sales enablement, including training, sample development, and creation of print and digital assets
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Suite, etc.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
