Vendor Operations Coordinator [London]

The Role:

We are looking for a Vendor Operations Coordinator who has a passion for problem solving, issues resolution, processes and systems, and is excited to support a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup. This role will support our vendor operations across Kindred’s locations and will be based out of our London office.

This role must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm GMT based in London.

You Will:

  • Source and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure performance quality

  • Escalate any urgent vendor operations related issues to our internal team (e.g., vendor no shows, access issues, quality checks) and drive those issues to resolution

  • Help hosts and guests prepare for upcoming trips by owning and driving pre-trip checklists to completion within trip deadlines

  • Partner with our internal teams and external vendors to coordinate and oversee cleaning appointments

  • Manage and respond to internal and external communications in a timely manner

  • Maintain compliance with company standard operating procedures

  • Assist with process ownership, creation, launch, and performance for key strategic priorities
