Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

BS in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in quality systems are a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role within quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of SQF, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
