Position Title: Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP)

Duties: The Konecranes Technical Leadership Development Program is designed for graduating engineers who are looking to join an industry-leading, team-oriented company that positions them on the fast track to advanced technical and business leadership opportunities such as engineering sales, design engineering, operations or manufacturing.
Two-year development experience: Over a two year period, the engineer will rotate through five of the major Konecranes engineering groups in the United States:

Travel: Relocation – each program section involves relocation within the U.S.

We also believe that mentorship is key to development—each participant will receive guidance from an experienced mentor throughout the program. If you hold an engineering degree with at least a 3.0 GPA in electrical or mechanical engineering and possess some leadership experience, we want to hear from you!
