If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Sales Training and Culture to join our Growth and Strategy organization.Responsibilities:• Lead the coordination of various activation groups and drive project/program management (MarketEDGE and broader sales programs)• Build leadership reports/presentations, sourcing and analyzing data and stories to frame the narrative• Collaborate in the development of a digital learning journey for broader sales training incorporating aIQ• Ideate and drive the coordination of skill badging for the broader sales curriculum• Coordinate and project manage pilot sessions on navigating client conversations and building relationships to ensure coverage across key sectors and verticals• Vendor management including setting up new, coordinating with existing and working with procurement in contractual agreements; organize and drive voice of the customer sessions to obtain key insights into program needs and outcomesQualifications:• Minimum seven years of recent experience in implementing learning solutions and programs focused on sales and business development, preferably within a professional services firm• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university• Experience designing sales training curriculum and sustainment; pursuits/proposals and account management a plus; background implementing multiple projects simultaneously• Knowledge of bringing a digital and AI lens to the learner experience• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Power Point, Sharepoint and Outlook; Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficiency in Salesforce• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skillsKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
