If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Scoping and Workflow to join our Growth and Strategy team.Responsibilities:• Serve as a resourcing manager for KPMG's National Pursuit Resource Center (NPRC)• Take responsibility for reviewing new pursuit requests and managing the assignment of writers within the KPMG proposal team based in the US, India, and Jamaica• Collaborate within the firm to gather and address relevant feedback, resolve concerns, problem solve related issues• Evaluate new opportunities, project management of NPRC proposal pipeline, make updates to the proposal tracking system• Prepare, maintain, update reporting for the NPRC and broader Strategic Pursuits Group (SPG)Qualifications:• Minimum five years of recent demonstrated project management, proposal development, and marketing experience in a similar professional services or corporate environment• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university a plus• Experience in business development, preparing proposals, project management, marketing; able to work in a fast-paced changing environment and effectively project manage multiple assignments concurrently• Strong analytic skills; have a good understanding of the service offerings of the firm and the marketing concepts behind effective proposal development; ability to negotiate resources and/or communicate with firm professionals to effectively serve our internal clients and enable the firm to win new business• Effective relationship management skills and capability to work with individuals of a different culture• An aptitude towards flexibility and change management, detailed oriented, and willingness to learn new skills; advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, and similar computer skills required; SharePoint experience a plusKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
