Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, your core focus will be on spearheading the development and maintenance of our website projects, employing your advanced skills in ReactJS and full-stack development.

Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you'll lead the charge in pushing the boundaries of innovation, fine-tuning user experiences, and consistently delivering top-tier digital solutions

Responsibilities.

  • Lead the development and implementation of website changes and updates, managing project timelines, resources, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery of website projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise scalable and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Design and implement GraphQL APIs to efficiently retrieve and manipulate data.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimise features, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to architectural decisions, especially regarding the integration of Headless CMS solutions.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance processes to ensure all website features meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
  • Coordinate website releases, taking into account feature readiness, dependencies, and risks.

Experience & Knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in ReactJS and GraphQL.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with implementing Headless CMS solutions would be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authorisation mechanisms (e.g., JWT).
  • Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
