Accounting Supervisor (Hybrid Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the accounting operations at our manufacturing plant. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing plant-level accounting functions, and supporting operational efficiency.


This role is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of plant-level financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including cost variances, inventory, and production expenses.
  • Manage and review standard cost setting, cost roll-ups, and variance analysis.
  • Supervise and mentor plant accounting staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between the finance and operations teams.
  • Assist in the development of the plant’s annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and corporate stakeholders.
