Job Description: Director of Sales


Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling technical products, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth. Experience in the K-12 education sector is highly preferred. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage a team of 10-15 sales professionals.

Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in B2B sales; familiarity with the K-12 education market is highly preferred.

Strong background in selling technical or software products.
