As the Business Development representative at NIQ, you will be stepping into an exciting role where your relationship-building prowess will shine. Located remotely in Ciudad de México, Mexico, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, forging long-term relationships that are both meaningful and productive. You will really get to know your clients and work strategically to enhance their results. This involves negotiating contracts and timelines, as well as collaborating closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing partnerships while maximizing profits through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies. Your role will also involve managing communications between clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth operation and top-notch service delivery. You’ll regularly plan and present reports to keep everyone in the loop about account progress and initiatives. Problem-solving will be key, as you resolve client issues and analyze data to provide insights that enhance customer relationship management. At NIQ, the heart of our mission is exceptional client service, so keeping our clients satisfied and seeing to their needs will be a core part of your daily tasks. If you hold a BA/BS in Social Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration and have at least two years of experience in the market research industry, this role may be the perfect fit for you!
