In this fully remote position based in Maryland, you'll be at the forefront of selling our innovative Chromium and Visium benchtop instruments. A big part of your day-to-day will involve connecting with existing customers in academic, government, and medical research settings via phone and email. You'll not only be helping them explore how our products can meet their unique needs but also collaborating with various teams to ensure they receive a top-notch customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing a territory plan, managing customer relationships, and maintaining our CRM to capture accurate sales data. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the biotechnology sector, and a background in biology or a related field. If you're knowledgeable about Next Generation Sequencing Technology or similar applications, that’s a huge plus.
