Pass & ID Card Specialist

Latitude is searching for a Pass & ID Card Specialist in the Suitland, MD area. This position requires a Top Secret Clearance. Needs SCI or SCI eligibility (can sponsor for SCI eligibility if TS adjudication completed within last 12 months.) Please message Preston Andersen, at pandersen@latitudeinc.net to apply.

 

DUTIES:

·        Provide employee badging services to include operation of the “Credentialing system” and local badging system at facility.

·        Perform pass and ID support, which will be specified for all positions involved under general oversight .

·        Monitor the compliance with the Government’s established rules and regulations. Take all reasonable precautions for health and safety of persons, and promptly report or correct unsafe conditions, procedures, or activities.

·        Provide Pass and ID and other related administrative processing support as required. Operate and maintain manual and computer-based Pass and ID, Access Control and other computer related systems, databases, and equipment.

·        Provide personnel to staff Pass and Identification positions for the processing of individuals into the Sponsors secure facility. This will also include, but not limited to, the production and issuance of badges, ID cards, and other identification media.

·        Enforce personnel identification procedures as prescribed by the Agency's directives and policies.

·        Maintain, issue, and retrieve identification badges, keys, access cards, and vehicle parking tags, and other security related items. Conduct badge inventories. Operate and manage access control systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Adjudicated active Top Secret Clearance. Needs SCI or SCI eligibility (can sponsor for SCI eligibility if TS adjudication completed within last 12 months)

·        Minimum of two years of experience in a Customer Service environment.

·        Experience with Access Control and processing ID and Government Badges

·        Working knowledge of DISS

 

Must be willing to work day shift. Two options:

6am - 3pm hours

7am – 4pm hours

6am-12pm. One Saturday every other month. They will get time and a half.
