Position Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Testing Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in science and exceptional customer service skills. The Testing Services Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with testing inquiries, ensuring the accurate processing of samples, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This is a 3.5 month contract to hire and has hybrid flexibility after 90 days.


Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to testing services, sample submission, and results interpretation.
  • Sample Management: Ensure the proper receipt, labeling, and documentation of samples in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Data Coordination: Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate processing of tests, and communicate results to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Education & Outreach: Provide clients with information about testing processes, guidelines, and best practices to optimize sample quality and results accuracy.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, testing data, and communications to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback and insights to improve customer service procedures and testing workflows.
