Lead Motion Designer, Brand Design

Motion Designer  to support our mission.

This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

Join Patreon and become its first lead motion designer at a pivotal time for the company as it continues to redefine its product and brand, beyond membership. This role works at the systemic and execution level by establishing and maintaining our motion design principles. It brings that thinking to life through hands-on work and guidance to the company and its collaborators. Whether working cross-functionally or independently, this role is seen as the authority on motion design.

About You

The perfect person for this role will be excited to: help creators succeed, own a new area of design practice in the company, and work cross-functionally with amazing people. They will enjoy being a part of a small but mighty Brand Design team that champions and creates amazing work. This person will strive in a fast-paced environment and work with the momentum of the brand.
