Plume is looking for a Community Growth Manager to supercharge the growth of our global community of users, developers, RWA issuers, and crypto enthusiasts. As a key member of the Community Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Plume's growth strategy, onboarding new community members, and increasing engagement across channels like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit.
This role requires a creative thinker, a strategic growth hacker, and a master of online community-building techniques. You’ll develop growth campaigns, incentive programs, and onboarding experiences that attract, engage, and retain users within Plume’s ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of blockchain communities, a passion for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and a proven track record in growth and community engagement.
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute Plume's community growth strategy aimed at scaling the size, engagement, and retention of Plume's online communities.
Identify and leverage growth channels (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, social media) to increase Plume’s reach, grow its user base, and activate new community members.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute growth initiatives such as airdrops, referral programs, and exclusive access opportunities.
2. Community Onboarding & Engagement
Design and launch onboarding journeys that make it easy for new users, developers, and RWA issuers to join and engage with Plume’s ecosystem.
Facilitate educational campaigns to teach community members how to use Plume’s platform and tokenized assets.
Use gamification techniques to increase engagement, encourage community participation, and boost member loyalty.
3. Campaign Development
Launch and manage community-driven campaigns such as AMAs, hackathons, trivia contests, and social media challenges.
Develop and execute campaigns in collaboration with Plume’s marketing and product teams to support product launches, events, and network upgrades.
Track the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Community Insights & Reporting
Track and analyze key community growth metrics, such as user acquisition, community health, and member engagement.
Use community insights to optimize onboarding flows, engagement activities, and growth strategies.
Provide monthly reports to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of growth initiatives and recommending next steps.
5. Partnerships & Cross-Promotion
Build partnerships with other blockchain communities, Web3 projects, and industry platforms to co-host events, co-develop growth initiatives, and cross-promote Plume’s brand.
Drive collaboration with KOLs, influencers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate community growth.
6. Community Management & Support
Partner with the Community Lead to ensure the moderation of community spaces such as Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
Provide direct support to community members by answering questions, addressing issues, and promoting a positive experience for all participants.
Develop support documentation and community FAQs to streamline the onboarding process.
Proven track record of driving community growth, onboarding new users, and building engaged, loyal communities. Crypto native required.
Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and community analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing key growth metrics.
Experience launching airdrops, referral programs, and gamification-based community incentives.
Ability to think creatively and experiment with growth tactics to achieve measurable results.
Passion for community-driven growth models, blockchain technology, and the decentralized economy.
