Your Career Opportunity 

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Trainer Systems on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Trainer Systems Analyst you’ll have a direct impact assisting our language trainers with their payments, administrative tasks, trainer perfomarce and any challenges they face, resolving their doubts about our services and internal processes you’ll play an essential role in:

  • Offering administrative support to Trainer Success Management team
  • Improving department’s efficiencies
  • Monitoring and follow up that Trainers complete their tasks in the Learnlight Platform
  • Processing trainers payments
  • Communicating with Trainers & Program Management regarding any changes in their calendars

What You'll Offer 

  • Advanced level of English. Other languages are a bonus

  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Efficient in MS Office Suite and other related tools, especially in Excel
