Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative- English & Spanish

POSITION
  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing personal attention to every home owner through phone, email, and text.   
  • You will be working closely with the Sales team to support the home owner from start to finish with care, compassion, and empathy.   
  • Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.    


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be the primary contact with our customers from the day we're hired until project completion.
  • Thorough documenting of each conversation with our customers. 
  • Updating key team players and monitoring the progression of the file/job. 
  • There will also be some administrative duties as assigned.  


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability. 
  • Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. 
  • Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other basic programs.
  • Construction experience and product knowledge preferred.

$24 - $26.50 an hour
