Email Marketing Specialist - job 1 of 2

LHH is on the lookout for a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our B2B client’s expanding marketing team. In this role, you will help spearhead email, social media and SMS campaigns including crafting emails from templates, copywriting, scheduling, etc. Based in Sarasota, this role starts onsite full-time for training before transitioning to a flexible hybrid schedule.Key Responsibilities:• Craft and launch compelling email, social media, and SMS marketing campaigns.• Create and manage segmented audience lists to maximize engagement and results.• Oversee the marketing calendar for email, social media and SMS, ensuring strategies align with business goals.• Utilize Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM & Marketing Automation platforms effectively.• Design and execute A/B tests, manage the testing schedule, analyze results, and recommend improvements. Testing areas include subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer segments, send times, and new features.• Familiarity with SEO/SEM is a plus.• Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience and/or a combination with relevant internship experience.This is a hybrid role based in Sarasota with an excellent benefits package and additional perks including but not limited to health insurance, dental insurance, vision, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401k, PTO and tuition reimbursement.
