Grant Reporting Analyst (federal fund exp required)

Salary $85,000 - $90,0002 days in officeA $130 million not for profit is seeking a strong Federal Grant Reporting professional to join their team. This role is open as result of expansion. The company is currently 100% remote anticipating going back to the office sometime Q4 - 2023 (2 days in office) . The candidate needs to be physically located in the NYC area (commuting distance). The candidate must have a strong understanding of the compliance related to federal grants and experience calculating indirect costs. The position offers visibility to senior management such as the CFO and strong communication skills are required. Below is a summary of the position.• Prepare and review multiple federal funding reports (draw downs and vouchering)• Act as a layer of review related to the expenditures related the grants ( federal)• Act as a lead liaison with the funding source and the back office to provide support• Prepare the annual Indirect Cost rate proposal (Required)• Provide supporting documentation to the external auditors• Assist in the preparation of drafting best practices• Prepare annual budgets for federal awardsFor immediate consideration , please email your resume to ken.casaccio@lhh.com
