Product Marketing ManagerLocation: Orland Park area (hybrid)Experience Level: 8+ yearsBase Salary: $120k+ plus bonusBenefits: Medical/dental/vision/401(k)/profit sharing; parental leave/PTO/holidaysSamples: Will need to share writing samples, materials/presentations, video, graphics, etc.LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in the Orland Park/Tinley area who has a newly created role for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans and messaging to drive growth and awareness for a new product.You’ll create compelling content to enhance market visibility and generate demand, while using data and KPIs to assess and refine performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define GTM (go-to-market) strategies, ensuring clear audience personas and product positioning.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar discipline.· 8 years overall marketing experience with at least 6 years in product marketing within enterprise environments.· Recent or current experience marketing B2B products (NOT consumer products) within a solution set or product portfolio.Responsibilities:· Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams, outside vendors and customers.· Develop plans and execute campaigns to elevate brand awareness and generate leads.· Develop compelling messaging using customer feedback and competitor insights.· Lead tradename development as needed.· Be the marketing SME working with internal/external teams to shape launch content.· Create promo materials incl. webinars, presentations, videos, blogs, and sales training.· Oversee digital content incl. landing pages, ensuring use of SEO to optimize content.· Ensure content is updated and used effectively in presentations and sales trainings.· Create and maintain use cases and case studies reflecting market trends and customer needs.· Create joint marketing materials ensuring brand consistency and lead initiatives to educate target audiences on product benefits.· Manage trade show activities from planning to execution.· Develop graphics for trade shows and product displays.· Coordinate schedules with Product Management and Business Development.Additional Experience Desired:· Demonstrated track record working as part of a cross-functional team to launch new products across global markets that have met revenue goals.· Exceptional strategic messaging, copywriting, and product management skills.· Familiarity with Canva, Marketo, Loom and Tableau is a plus, but not required.· Familiarity with SEO tools and strategy is a plus.· Working knowledge of marketing automation, lead management, CRM systems or similar tools is a plus.· Abilit to distill technical concepts and information, shaping them into GTM ready messaging.· Someone who is bold and wants to think outside of the box who can take initiative.Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Orfie KrejbergEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
