If you have a knack for building relationships and a love for the travel sector, this role could be your perfect fit. In this position, you’ll be sourcing potential client opportunities across the Balkans and Eastern Europe, engaging in cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging your professional network. Not only will you respond to product inquiries and tailor proposals to meet client needs, but you'll also take part in exciting product demonstrations and client training sessions. Your analytical mind will help track existing client relationships while you’re busy generating new sales through upselling strategies. As you take charge of contract negotiations, you ensure that both client satisfaction and Lighthouse's profitability are prioritized. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll craft and execute an effective business development plan to reach targets and maximize results, all while identifying areas for improvement. Since we value your insights, you'll also relay client feedback to our Product Development team.
