As a Senior Product Manager on the Network Growth AI team, you will be pivotal in driving strategy and execution for products that enhance LinkedIn's core value: connecting professionals to economic opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to help users grow and leverage their professional network. Expertise in AI, UX design, and user empathy, along with strong analytical skills, are essential.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 - $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
