Job Description

The Tazama Engagement & Delivery Director plays a critical role in leading both the engagement and delivery aspects of strategic initiatives, with a focus on the Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation phases. This position serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders, partners, and development teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing CRM and project management systems to streamline collaboration, track progress, and enhance team efficiency. The role involves overseeing client and channel onboarding processes, gathering and addressing stakeholder feedback, and aligning technical objectives with business outcomes. The Engagement & Delivery Director is responsible for driving the successful adoption and integration of innovative open-source solutions, managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, and ensuring projects meet compliance, quality, and performance benchmarks. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex project environments.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic delivery and program management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-million-dollar portfolios across industries such as finance, and technology.
  • 5+ years of experience managing CRM and project management system implementations, driving efficiency, and enhancing team collaboration using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale digital transformation projects, including AI integration and innovative technology adoption, achieving measurable improvements in client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing end-to-end delivery lifecycles, ensuring projects meet compliance, quality, and performance benchmarks.
  • Expertise in client and partner onboarding processes, stakeholder relationship management, and aligning technical objectives with business outcomes.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Scrum Master, and AI in Fintech, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional strategic mindset with a focus on fostering long-term relationships, streamlining collaboration, and ensuring successful integration of open-source solutions.
