LogicGate is seeking a savvy communicator to join our growing Product Support team. This role involves guiding, teaching, and empowering customers using the LogicGate RiskCloud platform.

Ability to simplify complex topics for customers

Responsibilities

Become an expert at using and troubleshooting the LogicGate RiskCloud platform
Provide excellent support to customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting product-related issues, and advising on product best practices
Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams
Assist with building proactive knowledge resource center
