About the role
This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across systems, and supporting end-users globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration and expertise in managing modern IT tools and platforms.

Based in the bustling heart of NYC, this role invites you to leverage your expertise in technology to empower a mission-driven organization that helps individuals worldwide navigate ethical dilemmas. As the IT Manager, you'll manage our vital IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across various systems while supporting our diverse set of end users globally. Your hands-on experience in system administration will shine as you administer and support our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including tools like Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. You'll get to manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, and conduct regular usage reports while implementing security policies for compliance. Furthermore, you’ll be at the forefront of troubleshooting and enhancing our tech solutions as you engage in training to keep your skills current and implement new software to streamline our processes. With a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and 5–7 years of relevant experience, you’ll bring not just technical knowledge but also essential problem-solving and communication skills to our team.
