Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team based in the US. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives and BDR’s in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the team's activities and sales metrics and helping manage the entire sales playbook and operations process. This person will work closely with the marketing, solutions engineering and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to drive LucidLink market expansion.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team members achieve their full potential

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics

  • Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities

  • Communicate sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management

  • Expertise in business value selling, developing ROI models that justify the purchase

  • Proven capability to work with the sales team to craft closing presentations that solve the customer’s business problems while telling a compelling story

  • Lead from the front: firsthand experience in leading the sale, from start to finish. You can show the sales team what the perfect sales call looks like!

  • Represent LucidLink at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings as needed.

  • Strong negotiating skills - the ability to “say no” to advance the sale

  • Ability to establish business leader credibility with customers resulting in being able to close large, complex deals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in MEDDPICC and Question Based selling methodology

  • 5+ years of strong leadership and proven team management experience, preferably in Saas or Technology sales

  • Experience in team development and training

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales engagement platforms

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets in a team environment

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Channels, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Support

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
