Als Pre-Sales Consultant bij HSO ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leggen van de inhoudelijke klik met de klant. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verkoopproces door klanten te voorzien van deskundig advies, technische expertise en oplossingen die aansluiten op hun specifieke behoeften. Je werkt nauw samen met het ervaren salesteam en bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwerpen en presenteren van oplossingen die perfect aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klanten. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch en innovatief team dat zich inzet voor het succes van de klanten.

Inhoud

  • Het analyseren van klantbehoeften en het vertalen van deze behoeften naar Microsoft Dynamics oplossingen;
  • Het doorgronden en begrijpen van businessprocessen om een goede basis te leggen voor effectief contact met klanten;
  • Samenwerken met enterprise architecten, business consultants en de sales manager om offertes en voorstellen te ontwikkelen die voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant;
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van demonstraties, veelal gebaseerd op door de klant aangeleverde use cases en/of requirements;
  • Inhoudelijk eindverantwoordelijk voor het invullen van de klanten opgestelde RFI/RFP documenten;
  • Presenteren van het proces van morgen, met aandacht voor onderscheidende onderwerpen en ondersteund door Microsoft-technologie, waarbij de voordelen en waarde van oplossingen aan klanten duidelijk worden gemaakt;
  • Adviseren van klanten over roadmaps, integraties, migraties en implementatiestrategieën;
  • Mede vormgeven aan het bepalen van de winnende strategie om de klant te overtuigen en de deal te winnen;
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om klantfeedback te verzamelen en te vertalen naar verbeteringen van producten en diensten.


Plaats binnen de organisatie
Als Pre-Sales Consultant ben je onderdeel van de Service Line Unified Operations, een geoliede projectservices organisatie met een uitstekende reputatie op het gebied van ERP. Je werkt in een team van twee sales managers en een pre-sales consultant en rapporteert aan de Director Service Line Unified Operations

HSO is een dynamische, resultaatgerichte organisatie met een focus op eigenaarschap, ondernemerschap en samenwerking. Het team is gedreven en klantgericht en op zoek naar een collega die voldoet aan onderstaande eisen:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals informatica, bedrijfskunde of supply chain management;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een ERP Pre-Sales rol, specifiek met Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
  • Kennis van en ervaring met de industry flavour Manufacturing;
  • Probleemloos kunnen schakelen tussen conceptueel niveau en het technisch inrichten van de applicatie;
  • Sterk analytisch- en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Klantgerichtheid met een passie voor het leveren van hoogwaardige oplossingen;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
