Our most recent project, “Loyalty Landers”, is a no-code landing page solution that allows Lunar clients to test a high velocity of unique landing pages and post-click experiences. We recently raised a Series Seed for Loyalty Landers, and are now looking for the right team members to help us hit our 2025 growth goals.
Job Details
The Landing Page & Acquisition Funnel Strategist will be an integral member of Lunar, sitting on the Loyalty Landers team and reporting directly to the Team Lead of Loyalty Landers. They will work closely with our Director of Ecommerce Optimization, Designers, Developers, and the Broader Media Teams.
This position will be an early member of the Loyalty Landers team, having the opportunity to work closely with Leadership to improve our product, service offerings, and client processes.
Day to day priorities will include managing client relationships, working closely with clients on Landing Page and Funnel strategies, building and managing testing roadmaps, and utilizing the Loyalty Landers technology to build and deploy Landing Pages.
Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with media buying teams to develop comprehensive, omni-channel funnel strategies across a diverse swath of brands
Oversee the hypothesis generation process by gathering and interpreting quantitative and qualitative insights, assessing, validating and prioritizing consumer experience testing opportunities and maintaining a backlog of future testing opportunities.
Utilize our in-house Landing Page Solution to build and deploy Landing Pages and Post-Click Funnel Experiences.
Create and execute testing plans that define hypotheses, document test goals, identify elements being tested, and establish test timing estimations and reporting plans.
Own analytics of the full funnel experience including insights, attribution, and tech support. Manage the maintenance of internal dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth.
Build timely, visual, compelling, fact-based test recaps, using data analysis, that strongly communicate the business ‘story’ behind the data and further a culture of data-driven decision making.
Coordinate with clients to understand their key objectives, business goals, and needs.
Regularly facilitate check-in and reporting calls, strategy sessions, and more with clients.
Partner with UI/UX designers and developers to build mockups for new Templates and new Elements we want to test into
Work with leadership to continuously manage, analyze and improve internal processes, templates, project management, technology adoption, and more.
Stay up-to-date on commerce enablement technology innovation, market trends, and digital advertising best practices.
Qualifications, Required Skills, and Experience
Desire to join a fast-paced/high-growth organization with an interest in utilizing and building emerging technology solutions
3+ years of landing page and funnel optimization experience within the ecommerce ecosystem
Preferably 3+ years of Agency experience
Experience in user experience development/management, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, and ecommerce strategy
Strong analytical background with expertise in various reporting tools (ideally within GA4 and Shopify)
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities; willingness to be hands-on.
Ability to think strategically, work independently, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills; team player with ability to communicate well among cross-functional teams.
Strong desire to be challenged, work hard, and grow personally and professionally
