In this role, you will be providing top-notch support to our customers through various chat platforms across marketplaces like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. You will help them navigate their shopping experience effortlessly, especially during mega campaigns like 9.9 and 10.10, where your communication and coordination skills will shine! We’re looking for someone who possesses a customer-oriented mindset coupled with experience in customer support. A solid background in the beauty industry and knowledge of e-commerce operations would be beneficial.
