Technical Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing Services team. The role requires a deep understanding of paid search (Google Ads) and organic search (SEO), as well as the ability to lead a team and ensure the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving campaign performance, managing marketing teams, and staying ahead of industry trends.

As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and lead PPC (Google Ads) and SEO strategies to achieve client goals and deliver measurable results
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO audits, link-building strategies, and performance tracking
  • Oversee paid search campaigns, from keyword targeting and bidding to ad copy creation and performance analysis.
  • Analyze performance data, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improving traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring seamless execution of SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) for integrated marketing efforts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on SEO and PPC-related matters, providing updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program
  • Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels. At least 4 years of experience in paid ads and SEO
  • A sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize between competing tasks
  • Google Ads and SEO certifications are highly desirable
