Look no further if you’re keen to start 2025 with a bang – we’re looking for a self-starter, hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our Noel Leeming Marketing & eCommerce team on a fixed-term contract; Jan – May 2025.

Job Description

With a big focus on retail marketing and trade, as Marketing Specialist, you’ll execute and drive the success of our multi-channel marketing campaigns. Keep in line with our trading calendar, drive sales, profitability and brand building. Brief in and keep a tight handle of the workflow of multiple campaign activities each week – everything from major trading events, customer-facing events, category promotions, new product launches or always-on promo campaigns – taking an omnichannel approach.

You’ve heard this before but we truly mean it – no two days will be the same; we can guarantee lots of variety, excitement and drive to be the best retailer and achieve the results each and every week!

Key responsibilities inc.:

  • Campaign Management: Brief in and manage delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and assets - ensuring campaigns stay on brief, meet deadlines and adhere to brand guideline
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and externally (i.e. with our in-house creative production team, merchandising, operations, insights and external media agency) to ensure marketing activities are integrated providing a cohesive customer experience
  • Reporting and analysis

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you will be a hustler – you love fast pace and thrive working on multiple things on the go and can keep to strict deadlines! You have experience in retail marketing, trade marketing or executing campaigns with multi-channel touchpoints (traditional/in-store and digital).  

On our wishlist:

  • 2 – 3 years marketing/campaign management experience (retail / FMCG experience a big bonus!)
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong project management skills
  • An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills – to work confidently cross-functionally and collaborate in a diverse and complex organisation
  • Keen attention to detail – Ensuring every aspect of a campaign from brief to execution is managed precisely
  • Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
