In this role, you'll handle urgent tasks, contribute to ongoing projects, and take ownership of recurring responsibilities to keep the Brokerage team running smoothly. From conducting audits and preparing team-wide communications to addressing action items from meetings, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring efficiency and quality across all operations. You'll collaborate across teams, tackle challenges head-on, and continuously refine processes to drive meaningful impact.
You are expected to:

Mainstay’s compensation varies by U.S. geographic market to align with local labor costs. For most locations, the annual pay range for this position is $72,320–$101,700, while the base salary range for roles based in the SF Bay Area, Seattle, and New York City Metro area is $90,000–$113,000. Pay is based on location, skills, and experience, and your recruiter will confirm the specific range for your job location. Please note that remote roles are available in all U.S. states except Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, and U.S. Territories.
