Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm proudly headquartered in downtown Chicago. Our People Team, part of the Intel department, focuses on delivering employee-first solutions to the business. We go all-out to understand and support our team member's needs, leverage data to gain insights and trends, and advance our human-capital-related applications for efficiency and consistency.  We look for passionate team members that excel and their contribution is critical to our continued success. The People Team is comprised of Employee Experience, People Operations, Talent, and Training & Education. Belvedere Trading is a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm seeking a Marketing & Branding Specialist that can assist with driving our employer brand strategy and talent marketing efforts.


In partnership with our Talent team, the Branding Specialist will help create engaging content that helps us tell our story while connecting with top talent in the trading industry.


The ideal candidate will also support all aspects of our Social Media platforms, internal communications, and online and print media. We’re looking for a candidate with unparalleled storytelling skills, has a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media, and excels at leveraging data to drive marketing and branding decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage content for our social media platforms
  • Collaborate with our People team to create consistent messaging and branding across internal and external channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both employer branding and marketing
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, company website, and other digital platforms
  • Develops elements of the marketing plan and/or the creation of marketing materials
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive DEI strategy and programs
  • Study employer branding performance and provide insights to improve ROI
  • Conduct market research and develop competitor brand profiles
  • Assist in value-added special projects across various People Team functions

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or any other related field
  • 1+ years of applicable marketing and branding experience
  • Experience in photography, graphic design, and videography
  • Expert knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround time
  • Passion for content creation
  • Must be a team player and work well collaborating with others
  • Respect for office confidentiality
  • Extra Credit: Experience with video editing or web design

Our ideal candidate has at least one year of Marketing, Communication, or Graphic Design experience. This role is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to hire upon successful completion of projects.

Work Schedule: Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours.  

Occasional nights and weekends. 

Amount of Travel Required: Occasional travel to off-site events, conferences, and job fairs.

Physical: Ability to sit and concentrate for long periods of time as well as the ability to lift 30 pounds
