Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Providence Health Plan is calling a Digital Marketing Analyst who will:• Be responsible for leading and supporting analytics processes for health plan products (core insurance and digital) and marketing programs• Lead and support a holistic analytics strategy on behalf of health plan products and marketing programs to be able to track, measure, report and pivot based on analytics results• Partner with marketing colleagues in your department to align with overall business strategy• Closely align with the Providence Health Plan IS, Data Analytics, and vendor partners as needed to execute on analytics needsProvidence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the following States:• Oregon• Washington• CaliforniaPlease Note The Following Important Detail Regarding This Role• This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Portland, OregonKey Functions Include• Maintain the web analytics reporting environment to keep the data clean while simultaneously working to grow platform capabilities• Meet with marketing teammates to create analytics requirements for mobile or web products and work with technical resources to make sure those requirements are met• Engage with business partners to identify and shape central business questions that need to be answered by data analysis• Create and curate key customer segments, dashboards, and reports to make sure that citizen analysts across the business are looking at their data in the right way• Be a key voice and driver in the implementation and integration of new marketing stack technologies• Develop processes to automate and scale insights operationalization wherever possible. Help democratize data and insights by providing training and empowering citizen analysts• In advance of large marketing campaigns help the marketing team set KPIs and success metrics, then write analytics requirements to ensure that data is collected• Perform online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team members• Glean actionable insights to campaign optimization and maintain global KPIs and benchmarks for digital marketing campaigns• Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to internal stakeholders and partners• Manage tag management and analytics platforms and governanceRequired Qualifications For This Position Include• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience• 7+ years of analytics experience with an emphasis on web and mobile products• 2+ years of web and/or marketing management experience• Experience with web analytics platforms such as: Amplitude, Google Analytics Premium and/or Adobe Analytics• Experience with tag management tools such as: Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Ensighten etc.• Demonstrated experience with visual storytelling, dashboarding, and reporting• Data mining and/or dashboarding experience• Experience in data governance for web and mobile analytics• Experience with statistical tools such as R or SAS, and query tools such as SQL• Experience supporting A/B/M testing, personalization, and programmatic teams/functionsWhy Join Providence Health Plan?Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
