The poo-sition is currently remote. We have our Dumbo, Brooklyn office available for individuals or teams who need in-person time.

The Poo-sition

As the Marketing Manager at TUSHY, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of our brand by executing innovative marketing strategies, building relationships with key partners, and managing our influencer program. Your Doody

• Manage and grow TUSHY’s influencer program, work closely with influencers to create high-quality content and drive brand awareness + consideration
• Lead and execute successful affiliate marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility
• Identify and build partnerships with key industry players and organizations to expand TUSHY’s reach and impact
• Develop and execute big, innovative marketing ideas to promote the TUSHY brand and drive engagement with our target audience
• Oversee the administrative duties of the content development process, ensuring that all content is of high quality and aligns with TUSHY’s brand standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations to improve TUSHY’s marketing strategies and tactics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer and affiliate marketing; experience with multicultural marketing preferred
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing and affiliate marketing landscapes, including industry trends and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must.
