Here at Marshall Reddick, we like to work hard and have fun in a fast-paced and changing real estate environment. We are a full-service residential real estate firm that works with local and out-of-state buyers, property management, and mortgage/trust deed investments.In this position, you will be working alongside our Property Management team by leasing vacant listings as well as being a Realtor working with buyers and sellers on their homes and investment property transactions. You will be working with a wide array of clients and prospects from tenants to first-time buyers and seasoned investors. The main objective of this position is to increase company real estate sales and lease all vacant property in 30 days or less.50% of your day will be on the phones and 50% of your day will be at properties. You must be comfortable with interpersonal communication via telephone, email interaction, and face-to-face.Territory: Hopkinsville, Oak Grove, ClarksvilleThis is a 1099 contractor position with uncapped earning potential!100% Commission-Based Compensation Through:• Lease listings• Tenant/Homebuyer conversions• Investment property transactionsWhat Sets Marshall Reddick Apart• Weekly sales meetings with the broker• CRM & transaction management platform• In-house software engineering team• Personalized website for agents• Marketing assistance• Open communication with top agents• Available desk space and collaborative work environmentWhat You'll Do• Build, grow, and maintain client relationships• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to include completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales• Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents• Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time• Ensure current resident files are properly maintained• 20+ phone calls per day• Ability to work weekendsWhat Qualifies You• Kentucky real estate license• Reliable transportation to and from properties and office• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite• Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLSWhat Sets You Apart• Tennessee real estate license• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client• Strong organization, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills• Professional verbal and written communication skills• Consistent willingness to put forth extra effortPI244280496
