Who We Are

Here at Marshall Reddick Real Estate we are a fast-paced, software-centered, and rapidly changing full-service residential real estate investment firm. We provide multiple services to our clients including real estate brokerage, property management, private lending, and investment funds. We have a team of 150+ members across 9 offices in CA, TX, FL, and TN. Founded in 1979, we are committed to our mission to be the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through education, mentorship, and by providing a trusted system of buying, selling, and managing real estate and mortgages nationwide.

The Opportunity

As a Residential Investment Advisor, you will work with existing Marshall Reddick clients, be provided with prospective new clients (warm leads) inquiring about our services, and bring in your own leads. The best part is, there’s no cold calling! You will be working with a wide array of investors buying or selling rental property in one of our 12 out-of-state markets. Similar to a Financial Advisor, your role is to ask questions, give advice, and guide the client to one of our real estate markets. In order to be successful, you must have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage a large number of clients inside our proprietary customer relationship management database and be a talented salesperson who can build lifelong relationships.

Additionally, you need to have exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and one-on-one in person. Attendance to company-sponsored client events is required and is a major source of lead generation. Hands-on training will be provided. We can teach you how to be an expert in real estate if you have a passion for results, a strong work ethic, and are willing to put in the time to learn.
