About the Role:As a Practice Transition Manager at MDVIP, you will lead physicians through a comprehensive transition from a traditional practice model to the personalized MDVIP model. With a strong focus on relationship-building, communication, and project management, you will serve as the primary driver of change for physicians and staff, ensuring a seamless, professional, and successful transformation.
