Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the exciting digital transformation programme for one of our major football clients. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of this project by ensuring the requirements lifecycle is effectively managed, helping to shape user stories and collaborating closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver top-tier digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for a variety of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital products.

  • Elicit and define clear, actionable user stories, ensuring they are data-driven and align with client goals.

  • Create detailed product documentation, including functional specifications, product briefs, and process maps.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a well-organised product backlog.

  • Actively seek feedback from clients and end-users to drive continuous product improvements and enhancements.

  • Work closely with Engineering teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

  • Support Project & Product Managers in managing the workflow within sprint cycles.

  • Partner with a dynamic team of Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to ensure delivery against KPIs and project goals.
