Job Description

  • Master the art of outbound cold calling and prospecting with 100+ calls/emails per day!
  • Collaborate with our heavy-hitting sales team to book demos and close deals.

  • Work your magic on inbound leads, whether they come from web, email, or phone.

  • Stay organized (and sane) by keeping our CRM updated with customer data and insights.

  • Be adaptable—this is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where no two days are alike!

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of successful outbound sales experience OR you've aced a sales training program in college or through a BDR/SDR certification course.

  • You LOVE the phone and are super comfortable making 100+ calls a day (no sweat!).

  • Killer communication skills (both written and verbal) and an eye for details.

  • You thrive in a coaching environment—always looking to learn and grow.

  • Healthcare knowledge is cool, but not a dealbreaker.

  • OTE $70k with Base pay of $40k PLUS an uncapped bonus—earn up to $30k at goal (and more if you crush it).
