Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
- Provide knowledgeable information about product specifications and usage.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Document customer interactions to enhance service improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the fitness, sports, or retail sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
