In this exciting role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers in planning and booking their travel experiences, ensuring seamless engagement from inquiry to booking completion. You will provide information on various tour packages, handle booking modifications, and address customer inquiries with respect to travel details. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to online travel and tour packages.
- Assist customers in selecting and booking tour packages that meet their needs.
- Provide accurate information about destination details, itineraries, and policies.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with travel partners to ensure accurate and updated information is provided.
- Stay informed about current tourism trends and product offerings to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tour sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and booking processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with online booking systems or customer service software is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
