Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch for all inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.

- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure up-to-date product information.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and company promotions to enhance customer interactions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or fashion sector preferred.

- Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer support software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
