Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Smart Home Technology Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive support to our Dutch-speaking customers as they explore and utilize our innovative smart home products. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the setup and use of their devices. If you are enthusiastic about technology, dedicated to exceptional customer experiences, and have strong communication skills, we would be delighted to have you join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to smart home technology.
  • Assist customers with the installation, setup, and operational queries regarding smart home devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Stay updated on product specifications and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvements.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the technology or smart home industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or helpdesk systems is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
