Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Home Security & Alarm Systems Department. In this vital position, you will provide exceptional support to customers seeking assistance with their home security solutions. Your proficiency in Dutch will enable you to effectively address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on the use of our alarm systems. If you are dedicated to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients and have a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on our team!


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding home security products and services.
  • Assist customers in understanding product functionalities, installation processes, and monitoring options.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate follow-up and improve service quality.
  • Work closely with installation and technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in home security and alarm systems.
  • Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and dedicated support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in security systems or technology services, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer care and safety.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technical troubleshooting is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
