Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to real estate management services.
- Provide information about properties, leasing options, and maintenance requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain quality service standards.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to resolve client issues timely.
- Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and relevant regulations to assist customers effectively.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in real estate or property management, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
